I believe we all have our own quirky way of either being the center of our friends attention (at times) or the bain of their existence.

Folks who choose to play the “friendship game” may play for many reasons.

Maybe they enjoy the company of others, maybe they enjoy the dotting of others or maybe they are looking for a family atmosphere that they just don’t have.

Me,

well,

I’m complicated.

You see, I enjoy learning and becoming immersed in ideas that captivate me while I find middle ground in those that don’t. I enjoy having those long, interesting conversations that prove to be stimulating and down, right awesome.

But then,

there are times, when I enjoy the companionship of those who are completely summergered in their own thing, while I’m head first in mine, as we chill out in a beautiful surrounding,

never saying a word.

I’ve been told, this type of friendship doesn’t exist. But I have hope that one day,

One Day,

I’ll cross the horizon and find that beautiful, majestic unicorn 🦄 that I shall call, “My Friend.”
